WHY Mind Motion Wellness?

Our Studio

We are a Hybrid Boutique Pilates & Group Fitness Studio in Westfield, NJ, specializing in contemporary small group Pilates Reformer/Apparatus & small group fitness classes.  We are an inclusive community for all fitness levels and abilities in a supportive and motivating environment.  We intentionally keep our class sizes small to get to know your individual needs and goals.  Our online and concierge scheduling service offers ultimate flexibility for booking classes.  Classes are offered seven days per week, in studio, live stream & on-demand to adapt to busy schedules.
